DAY 01: ARRIVAL IN AMMAN (--/--/Dinner)
Arrival in Amman airport. After airport inspections, other regulatory procedures, and meeting our staff, you will be transferred to your hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Amman.
DAY 02: AMMAN – PANORAMIC TOUR – MADABA – PETRA – AMMAN (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast, proceed to Madaba to visit the Monastery of St. George, which host the unique mosaic Map of Egypt, Jordan, and Holy Land. The map is believed to be the first one for this area, as it is built in the 6th century. We proceed to tour the city of Petra. Dubbed as the “Rose City,” the 2000-year old Nabatean capital is one of the world wonders. Enjoy a horse ride through the picturesque SIQ then walk to the Treasury, a rose-colored monumental building artfully carved out of sheer rock. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight.
DAY 03: MT. NEBO –BORDER CROSSING TO ISRAEL – BET SHE’AN (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Breakfast then pick up to visit Mt. Nebo, where Moses viewed the Promised Land before he died. Border crossing to Israel. Lunch in Nazareth. Continue the tour in Nazareth to visit the Church of the Annunciation where the Angel Gabriel announced to Mary that she will conceive and bear a Son and His name shall be called Jesus. Proceed to Mt. Tabor, the traditional site of the transfiguration of the Lord. Mass at Mt. Tabor.
DAY 04: TIBERIAS – NAZARETH – TABGHA (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Start the day with a mass and renewal of marriage vows at the Church of the Wedding Feast in Cana. Travel to Mt. Beatitudes where Jesus preached the Sermon of the Mount. Continue to Tabgha and visit the Church of the Multiplication of Loaves and Fish. Proceed to the Church of the Primacy of Peter where Jesus asked Peter three times, “Peter, do you love me?” End the morning in Capernaum, Jesus’ hometown, where He performed more miracles than any other places. Visit the House of Peter and the Synagogue of Jesus. For lunch, feast on St. Peter’s Fish, which Jesus and His disciples used to eat. After, enjoy boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. End the day renewing our baptismal vows at the Jordan River. Dinner and overnight at the hotel. (Baptismal with robe, towel, and certificate at USD25/pax)
DAY 05: TIBERIAS – HAIFA – CAESAREA – JERUSALEM (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Hotel breakfast. Travel to Jerusalem. First stop at Mount Carmel to visit Cave of Elijah, where the prophet Elijah prayed for rain after 3 and a half years of drought and famine. Pass by the hanging garden of Bahai Faith and enjoy spectacular view of Haifa port. Travel to Caesarea to experience glory of Rome as we visit a Roman theater, Roman hippodrome, and Roman water aqueduct. Ascend to Jerusalem and end the day in Ein Kerem, the hometown village of John the Baptist and visit the Church of the Visitation where Mary visited her cousin, Elizabeth. Visit Church of St. Peter of Gallicantu, traditional House of Caiaphas, where Jesus was kept in the dungeon. Proceed to Mt. Zion and visit the Upper Room, where Jesus had the Last Supper and the Dormition Abbey, where our Blessed Mother went to sleep and assumed to heaven. Visit Cenacle – Last Supper Room, the tomb of King David, and the other upper room. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem.
DAY 06: JERUSALEM – BETHLEHEM (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Hotel breakfast. Visit the Church of Nativity, the birthplace of Jesus. Continue to the Shepherds Field where we sing Christmas carols. Visit the Manger Square - Crusader of grotto - Milk of grotto. We will enter the Old City of Jerusalem and visit Bethesda Pool where Jesus healed the paralytic man. Walling Wall - the holiest site for the Jews. Proceed to the Church of the Condemnation and the Church of the Flagellation where we start our Via Dolorosa (way of grief) on the way to the Church of the Holy Sepulchers, the traditional site of the crucifixion, death, and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. The burial place & resurrections of Jesus, called Golgotha which means "a place of skull. Follow the 14 Stations of the Cross to Golgotha, the place where Jesus was crucified marking significant events along the route. The last 5 Stations of the Cross are inside the Church of the Holy Sepulcher visible from the distance with two silver domes. Also, the tomb widely believed to be part of the stone that covered Jesus Tomb. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem
DAY 07: MT. OF OLIVES – JERICHO – QUMRAN (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Hotel breakfast. Ascend to Mount of Olives and visit the Pater Noster Church traditionally the site where Jesus taught the disciples how to pray “Our Father”, the traditional site of the ascension of the Lord and Dominus Flevit, where Jesus wept over Jerusalem. Descend on foot to the Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus spent His last night before He was arrested and where He agonized in prayer prior to the betrayal and arrested. Visit Basilica of agony and Tomb of St. Mary & Lazarus tomb. Travel to Jericho, the oldest and lowest city in the world, Jericho the ancient city conquered by Joshua and the Israelites then proceed to view Mt. of Temptation where Satan tempted Jesus and where Jesus stayed for 40 days and 40 nights. Visit the Sycamore Tree of Zacchaeus, where he climbs up at a tree to view Jesus while He is preaching, not knowing that our Savior will be his guest for dinner at his home. Free time in Dead Sea. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem.
DAY 08: DEAD SEA – ST. CATHERINE (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Hotel breakfast then proceed to Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. View Lot’s Wife who turned into a pillar of salt in Mount Sodom. Travel all the way to the Taba Border where we cross over to Egypt. Cross Taba border of Egypt with assistance on both borders. For those who will climb Mt. Sinai, preparation is at 10PM then transfer to Camel Station for climbing then back to hotel.
DAY 09: HOTEL – CAIRO (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Breakfast then check out. Transfer to Cairo city (8-hr travel). Visit St. Catherin Monastery & burning bush then travel to Cairo and visit Moses Springs. Afterward, visit Marah passing Suez Canal tunnel under the red sea. Dinner, proceed to hotel.
DAY 10: CAIRO (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast, see one of the Wonders of the World, the Pyramids of Giza. The Pyramids of Giza, dating back to about 25 BC are divided into three main pyramids of three kings of the ancient Pharaonic kingdoms: the Khufu pyramid located 13 acres from the southwest and then the pyramid of Khafra, and in the same direction the smallest is the pyramid of King Menkaure Sphinx Prepare to take a lot of commemorative photographs when you visit this ancient Egyptian pyramid, one of the largest ancient Pharaonic sculptures of 241-ft long monument carved out of the limestone bedrock of the Giza Plateau. Head off to lunch in a local restaurant so we can try the famous Egyptian food. Continue to Coptic Cairo to visit Church of Virgin Mary which is known as the "Hanging Church", built in the 4th BC. Visit St. Sergius Church or abo serga church where the holy family stayed in a crypt under the church for 3 months. Continue the tour to visit the synagogue of beni ezra. Then proceed to St. Simon the Tanner Church located in the Mokkattam Mountain. Visit the finest Cotton, Papyrus, and Oil perfumes. Dinner Cruise at Nile River with Belly Dancing Show. Back to the hotel in Cairo for overnight.
DAY 11: CAIRO – MANILA (Breakfast/Lunch/--)
Visit Egyptian Museum, where you can see the finest displays of artifacts, relics, statues, and jewelers from all the Pharaohs Reigns, only riches with remarkable museum in the world. Sandwich lunch then transfer to airport for departure.
DAY 12: ARRIVAL IN MANILA (--/--/--)
