DAY 01: CAIRO (--/--/Dinner)
Arrival in Cairo. Meet and greet. On the way to hotel, stop by for dinner. Transfer to hotel for check in.
DAY 02: CAIRO (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to one of the wonders of the world the Pyramids of Giza and Sphinx which was constructed 4,500 years ago. Visit Egyptian museum where you can see the finest displays of artifacts, relics, statues, and jewelry from all the Pharaohs reign. This is also a remarkable museum with all the riches in the world. Proceed for lunch. Visit the hanging church – the most famous Coptic Church in Cairo which was dedicated to Mary in the 7th century. On to the Church of Abu Serga – the church is dedicated to Sergius and Bacchus, who were soldier martyr saints during 4th century in Syria by the Roman Emperor Maximian. On the underground you will see the crypt where Mary, Joseph, and the infant Jesus are said to have rested. Continue to St. Sergius church and end the tour with a dinner cruise at the Nile River with belly dancing show. Back to hotel, overnight.
DAY 03: ST. CATHERINE (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Hotel breakfast then check out. Drive towards St. Catherine passing by Suez Canal crossing under water tunnel into Sinai. Visit Moses’ springs (one of the two places where Moses is believed to have obtained water by striking a rock) on the way to St. Catherine. Check in. Dinner then overnight at the hotel or climb to Mt. Sinai (optional).
DAY 04: TABA – ISRAEL (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Hotel breakfast. Check out. Visit monastery of St. Catherine and burning bush. Transfer to Taba border to cross Israel. Drive through Arava desert, see the rocks and mountains in red, gray, yellow, and white. Go to Bethlehem for dinner. Overnight.
DAY 05: BETHLEHEM – JERUSALEM (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast, begin the day by visiting the church of Nativity, the birthplace of Jesus. Continue on the Shepherds Field and milk grotto. Drive to Jerusalem to Mount of Olives to visit the Ascension chapel, Church of Pater Noster, see the different translations of the “Lord’s Prayer”. Walk along the Palm Sunday road to the church of Dominus Flevit where the Lord wept over the city of Jerusalem, then the church of Gethsemane. Visit Mt. ZIon, Dormition Abbey, King David tomb, Last supper room and church of St. Peter in Galicantu. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem.
DAY 06: DEAD SEA – JERICHO – JERUSALEM – BETHLEHEM (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast, enter the old city of Jerusalem to visit St. Anne’s church, Bethesda Pool – where Jesus healed a paralytic man, and Wailing Wall – the holiest site for the Jews, The Dome of the Rock, Via Dolorosa, and walk through the Stations of the Cross to the Holy Sepulchre church. Continue to Jericho – oldest city in the world. Visit the Sycamore tree of Zaccheus. Drive to Qumran for lunch, see the site where the Dead Sea scrolls were discovered. End the day floating in the Dead Sea and enjoying its therapeutic water & mud. Dinner and overnight in Bethlehem.
DAY 07: CAESAREA – HAIFA – CANA – NAZARETH (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast, drive to Caesarea Aqueduct and Haifa to visit Stella Maris and Bahai gardens. Then drive to Cana to visit the church of the first miracle where Jesus changed water into wine. Drive to Annunciation church in Nazareth and Mary’s well. Then continue to Nazareth for dinner and overnight.
DAY 08: GALILEE – JORDAN RIVER – NAZARETH (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast, drive to Mt. Tabor, the traditional site of the transfiguration of the Lord. After that proceed to Yardenit (Jordan River) – a traditional site for the renewal of baptismal vows. Drive to Mount of Beatitudes – where Jesus preached the Sermon on the Mount. Visit St. Peter’s primary church Capernaum and view the remains of the ancient Synagogue where Jesus taught. Proceed on Tagbha where the multiplication of loaves and fish took place. Visit Church of Mary Magdalene then enjoy a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee. Dinner and overnight Nazareth.
DAY 09: AMMAN – NEBO – MADABA (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast, drive to Jordan. Visit Anjara (Our Lady of the Mountains Church). Proceed to Madaba, visit the Monastery of St. George, which host the unique mosaic of Map of Egypt, Jordan and Holy Land. The map is believed to be the first one for this area as it is built in the 6th century. Proceed for lunch. In the afternoon, drive to Nebo – where Moses viewed the Promised Land before he died. Dinner and overnight at Amman.
DAY 10: PETRA – MADABA – AMMAN (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast, start the day early and visit the spectacular city of Petra – a historical and archeological city in the southern Jordan. This city is famous for its rock cut architecture and has been a UNESCO World Heritage site. Dinner and overnight in Amman.
DAY 11: AMMAN (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
After breakfast, Amman city tour – view Citadel and Roman Theater then free time for shopping. Transfer to Amman Airport for final departure.
DAY 12: AMMAN DEPARTURE – MANILA
Depart Amman airport at 01:25AM.
